HVAC SITE ENGINEER

Penspen is looking for an HVAC Engineer for one of the Oil and Gas projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise installation of HV equipment including transformers, GIS/AIS switchgear, breakers, CTs, VTs, and protection panels.
• Coordinate site activities with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Plan daily activities and manage manpower to achieve progress targets.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to avoid clashes and ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
• Monitor project progress and report on schedule, quality, and safety performance.
• Support testing and commissioning and handover of HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and site safety procedures
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC site execution within large-scale or complex construction projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems installation methods and commissioning processes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with international standards and UAE construction regulations is preferred.
• Prior experience on ADNOC projects preferred.
