Job Description

As an HVAC Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company's HVAC division. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively seek out business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and drive sales of our HVAC products and services. You are expected to have a strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to present technical information in a clear and persuasive manner. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve the company's objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HVAC industry.

  • Demonstrate and present HVAC products and services to clients effectively.
  • Prepare detailed sales proposals and negotiate terms with prospective customers.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs within the HVAC sector.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding HVAC solutions.
  • Evaluate client feedback and resolve complex issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and generate regular sales reports.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure efficient client onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role within the HVAC industry.
  • Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and industry standards.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills are crucial for success.
  • Ability to understand technical information and present it clearly to clients.
  • Highly motivated with a results-driven approach to meeting sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications is necessary.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
