Job Description

The HVAC Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the sales and growth of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems and services. This position focuses on generating new business, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying opportunities to provide tailored solutions that meet clients' specific needs. The successful candidate will excel in customer service, have strong industry knowledge, and demonstrate a proven track record in sales performance. With a focus on developing and nurturing new and existing customer relationships, the HVAC Sales Executive will be instrumental in achieving the company's sales targets and enhancing market presence. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to analyze customer requirements, and a proactive approach to solving client problems. As a key member of the sales team, the HVAC Sales Executive will work closely with other departments to ensure that all customer inquiries and requests are handled effectively and efficiently.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC systems and solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct site visits and evaluations to understand customer requirements thoroughly.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on HVAC products, systems, and energy-efficient solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate and reliable client proposals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales performance reports.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities as required.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams on customer needs and trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of proven sales experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and industry practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills are required.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications is essential.
