Job Description

  • Adhere to OHSE legislations, standards and the Organization Policy’s & Procedures.
  • Manage the end-to-end performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual reviews, calibration sessions, and performance reporting.
  • Monitor performance review completion rates and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management processes and policies.
  • Analyse performance data and identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, surveys, recognition programmes, and wellbeing activities.
  • Analyse engagement feedback and develop action plans to improve employee experience and retention.
  • Partner with leaders to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, assessments, and offer management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and Human Resources documentation.
  • Prepare employment letters, contracts, reports, and other Human Resources correspondence.
  • Support employee relations matters, including policy interpretation, investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance management.
  • Coordinate learning and development activities and track training completion and effectiveness.
  • Generate and analyse Human Resources metrics related to recruitment, performance, engagement, turnover, and headcount.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable labour regulations.
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to improve people processes and organisational effectiveness.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Human Resources policies, systems, and employee programmes.
  • Undertake additional Human Resources projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Human Resources.

 

•    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
•    5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or specialist role.
•    Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
•    Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
•    Proficiency in HRIS systems, SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
