Human Resources Generalist French Speaker

About the Role:

This role supports a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee development, HR reporting, and compliance. It also contributes to HR planning, process improvement, and effective coordination across the organization and its centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Participate in performance management, training plans, and employee development.
• Contribute to the annual salary review process.
• Participate in budget preparation and ensure proper follow-up.
• Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of the HRIS system.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Collect, review, and analyze HR data.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support internal and external HR audits.
• Participate in CMD HR activities and operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in Human Resources, preferably gained in multinational companies and diverse work environments.
• Capable of collecting, analyzing, and reporting HR data to support decision-making.
• Flexible and adaptable, capable of adjusting quickly to changing situations.
• Ability to organize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with an advanced level of Excel.
• Fluent in French, Arabic, and English.
