Danat Al Emarat is a world-class specialty women’s and children’s hospital in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. It offers advanced medical services across specialties including Neonatology, Pediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynecology, and Women’s Health. The hospital is one of the very few to encompass a dedicated Fetal Medicine Department along with a full-fledged Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in the UAE. This has established Danat Al Emarat as a regional referral center for women with high-risk pregnancies, supported by its Level III NICU providing care for the most fragile newborns.

About The Role

Danat Al Emarat Hospital, part of M42, is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Emirati to join as a Specialist, Human Capital to support the full employee lifecycle and strengthen HC operations across the hospital. This role is ideal for an HC professional who enjoys onboarding, audits, employee engagement, and data accuracy, and wants to grow within a leading healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver seamless onboarding and induction experiences for new joiners
  • Own HC operations, including e-files, HRIS data entry, attendance, leave tracking, and documentation accuracy
  • Conduct HC audits to ensure compliance, data integrity, and readiness for internal and external reviews
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and action plans
  • Act as a key point of contact for HC policies, processes, and employee queries
  • Support performance management cycles, learning initiatives, and HC reporting
  • Assist with offboarding and exit processes, including EOSB coordination
  • Partner with HCBPs, recruiters, finance, and stakeholders to improve HC service delivery

Qualifications

  • UAE National
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in Human Capital / HR operations (healthcare experience preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail with experience managing e-files, audits, and data accuracy
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfortable working with HR systems and Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
