Responsibilities

  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and activities
  • Contribute to Emiratization programs and related reporting
  • Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Handle Human Capital operations and transactions
  • Support performance management cycles and documentation
  • Assist with employee relations matters under guidance
  • Work closely with Human Capital Business Partners on day-to-day HC activities across assigned healthcare assets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Fresh graduate or up to 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, supported by proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to create professional presentations
  • Confident public speaking and presentation abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High interest in Human Capital / People functions and the healthcare sector
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment
