Are you an experienced HSE Inspector looking to kickstart your career in a global engineering firm? At ILF Consulting Engineers UAE, we’re looking for someone like you to be a part of transformative water projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety policies aligned with local laws and industry standards
• Conduct risk assessments to identify hazards and apply control measures
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Perform regular safety inspections and audits to verify effectiveness of safety measures
• Investigate incidents, analyze root causes, and recommend preventive actions
• Deliver safety training on equipment usage, emergency procedures, and safe practices
• Develop and manage emergency response plans for potential hazards
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, audits, assessments, and training
• Promote a proactive safety culture through awareness and employee engagement
• Report HSE performance, incidents, and improvements to management

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience managing HSE projects and multiple safety concerns
• Commitment to continuous improvement in safety performance
• Effective communication of safety procedures and policies
• Capability to train staff and collaborate across teams
• Leadership in fostering a safety-first workplace culture
• Prior HSE experience in UAE, or Gulf region
• Familiarity with on-site operational environments
• Prior experience with TRANSCO/TAQA transmission is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Fluent in written and verbal English.
