HSE Executive - MCA

Job Responsibilities

Data Management and Reporting:

• Collating and organizing all MCA-related data and information
• Conducting data extraction and review to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Updating presentation materials (e.g., ppt templates) as needed
  
  

• Tracking progress on improvement actions and following up with relevant entities to ensure target dates are met
• Booking meetings, taking minutes, and managing logistics for the HSSE Network meetings , regional meetings and QHSSE annual review committee
• Coordinating the planning and execution of campaign meetings and events
  
  

• Serving as a central point of contact for MCA-related inquiries and requests
• Facilitating communication and collaboration between the MCA team and various internal and external stakeholders
• Ensuring the GreenHub Nexus data reported by all entities is accurate and up-to-date
  
  

• NEBOSH or equivalent HSSE Diploma
• ISO 14OOO1 / ISO 45001
• 2- 3 years experience in safety & environment.
