HSE Analyst Safety Officer - Offshore

Penspen is urgently looking to hire for HSE Analyst/ Safety Officer for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi.

Qualification Required

• The candidates should have Diploma in Engineering in relevant discipline.
  
  

• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory standards (OSHA, API, ADNOC, IOGP, IMO, etc.)
• Ensures safe operations on platforms by monitoring compliance, conducting inspections, analyzing incidents, and supporting emergency preparedness
• Conduct daily HSE inspections, audits, and walk‑throughs on the rig/platform
• Monitor Permit to Work (PTW) system: hot work, confined space, working at height, lifting operations
• Perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Task Risk Assessments (TRA
• Participate in SIMOPS planning and ensure safe coordination of simultaneous operations
• Maintain incident logs, trend analysis, and prepare HSE performance reports
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions
• Conduct emergency drills: fire, man‑overboard, H2S release, evacuation
• Ensure emergency equipment (SCBA, fire extinguishers, alarms) is inspected and functional
• Coach workers on safe practices and regulatory compliance
• Monitor waste management, spill prevention, and pollution control
• Support environmental monitoring
  
  

• Minimum 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years significant in offshore project in GCC.
• Strong knowledge of offshore safety regulations, risk management, and emergency response
• Certifications: NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001 (preferred)
• Preferred experience from PMC/EPC Background.
• Previous ADNOC Offshore Experience is advantage.
