Job Description

As an HR Recruitment Executive, your role is pivotal in shaping the future of our organization by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs. You will work closely with department heads to understand their recruitment requirements, develop efficient hiring strategies, and manage the entire recruitment process from candidate sourcing to onboarding. This role demands a deep understanding of industry trends, a keen eye for identifying potential in candidates, and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. Your ability to create a positive candidate experience and maintain the employer's brand reputation is crucial. You will be an ambassador of our company culture, ensuring each candidate has an insightful and welcoming approach throughout their recruitment journey.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from candidate screening to job offer presentation.
  • Utilize various channels, including social media and job portals, for sourcing candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
  • Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system and candidate database.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout recruitment.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Foster relationships with recruitment agencies and professional associations.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs, career events, and networking activities.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verification for potential hires.
  • Continuously improve recruitment techniques through data analysis and candidate feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment-related software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of labour laws and regulations impacting recruitment processes.
