Job Description

The HR & Operations Manager plays a pivotal role within an organization, ensuring the seamless and efficient running of both human resources and operational tasks. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily HR and operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems in alignment with company goals.

  • Facilitate onboarding processes and ensure new employees are integrated effectively.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal systems to enhance employee development and productivity.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs in accordance with industry trends.
  • Promote employee engagement through initiatives, workshops, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards across all operations.

  • Collaborate with department heads to align HR and operation strategies with business objectives.
  • Address employee relations issues, fostering a positive and communicative work environment.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and manage change initiatives effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in HR or operations management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance standards.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for diverse workforce interaction.
  • Detail-oriented with robust organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and other related software applications.
