Job Description

The HR & Operations Manager is a crucial role within our organization, responsible for overseeing both human resources and operational functions to ensure they align with our company's objectives and values. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strategic mindset who can effectively manage multiple tasks, from introducing HR policies and optimizing operational workflows to spearheading workforce planning and maintaining compliance with labor laws. The HR & Operations Manager will work closely with senior leadership to drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, improve organizational efficiency, and sustain a high-performance workplace. They will play a key part in shaping the company culture while managing a team of HR and operations professionals, making it essential for the candidate to possess strong leadership and communication skills, in addition to a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and operational management.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Oversee and streamline daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across all organizational levels.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes and talent acquisition to fulfill staffing needs.
  • Establish and maintain employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
  • Manage the development and onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Monitor HR metrics and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop operational policies that enhance workflow and resource management.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs and budget allocations.
  • Lead initiatives to improve organizational communication and internal processes.
  • Ensure the safety and welfare of employees are prioritized in all operational activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR or operations management role.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with HR software and tools for maintaining employee records and data.
