  • Execute full on-barding and off-boarding process.
  • Process payroll, salary adjustments, and pay-slips in compliance with WPS.
  • Prepare and issue employees documents (salary certificates, STL/NOC letters, etc.)
  • Handling medical insurance process (enrolment, claims, cancellations)
  • Process and track HR related invoices.
  • Address employees queries and provide support in HR policy and labor law.
  • Maintain employees records and ensure compliance with UAE labor law.

Skills

Bachelor of HR or Business Administration or equivalent bachelor degree

5 to 10 years of solid experience. Immediate joiner. Arabic speaker
