Job Description

The HR Manager is a pivotal position within an organization, tasked with ensuring the alignment of human resources strategy with business objectives. This role involves overseeing the HR department's operations, leading the recruitment process, fostering employee relations, designing effective training programs, and enforcing company policies. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain qualified candidates.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management processes and policies.
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans for new employees.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are consistent with industry standards.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances in a timely manner.
  • Provide decision support through HR metrics and data-driven insights.
  • Cultivate a positive working environment and oversee employee wellness programs.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development of engaged employees.
  • Advise management on HR matters and provide strategic input to organizational planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in HR management or related roles.
  • Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Experience with HR systems and databases for effective data management.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
