Job Description

The HR Manager at 20N25 will play a crucial role in shaping the organization's workplace culture, driving HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. In this dynamic position, the HR Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker who can work collaboratively across departments to foster a supportive and engaging work environment. A deep understanding of current HR trends and practices, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, are essential to excel in this role. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Manage employee relations to address grievances and foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations at all organizational levels.
  • Design and implement performance appraisal systems to enhance employee productivity.
  • Conduct training and development programs to improve employee skills and career progression.
  • Develop and maintain competitive and equitable compensation and benefits structures.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their HR needs and implement solutions.
  • Analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and engagement within the organization.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff, including administering disciplinary procedures.
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee wellness and work-life balance initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to develop and manage HR budgets and performance metrics.
  • Experience with HR software and tools for managing HR functions effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
