Job Description

As an HR Manager, you'll play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace environment and ensuring that the company's human resources operations run smoothly. You will oversee the recruitment, training and development, and performance management of staff, while also ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, along with the ability to provide strategic HR guidance to senior management. As part of your responsibilities, you will develop and implement HR policies and practices, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and handle employee relations issues effectively. Your efforts will be key in aligning HR initiatives with the overall business objectives, contributing to a productive and satisfied workforce.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with industry standards.
  • Manage the recruitment process from job descriptions to onboarding of new employees.
  • Oversee performance management systems to ensure employee productivity and development.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR practices.
  • Conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge base.
  • Participate in strategic planning and provide HR insights to senior management.
  • Maintain and oversee employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including insurance and retirement plans.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture that encourages diversity and inclusion.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and develop solutions for improvement.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental objectives successfully.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR management role or similar position.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is essential.
  • Proven experience in managing recruitment, training, and performance management processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong leadership abilities and experience in guiding HR teams effectively.
  • Proficiency with HR software systems and Microsoft Office applications required.
