Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role with extensive management responsibility.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and human resources best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and inspire teams.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR management software tools and systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve employee retention and engagement rates.
