Job Description

The HR Executive plays a pivotal role in our organization, ensuring that human resources operations run smoothly and effectively. As an HR Executive, you will be tasked with managing the administration of employee-related services such as manging recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with employment law. Your contributions will directly impact our organization's culture and performance, requiring a breadth of knowledge in HR best practices and a skillful approach to conflict resolution. You will work closely with various department heads to support strategic planning and enhance employee engagement. Whether it's implementing new HR policies or addressing day-to-day HR inquiries, your efforts will be instrumental in fostering a productive and positive workplace environment.


Responsibilities

  • Manage employee records and data with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Develop and administer HR policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements.

  • Resolve employee relations issues by conducting thorough investigations and mediation.
  • Manage payroll processes ensuring punctual and accurate compensation delivery.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to hone employee skills continuously.
  • Analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field required.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a human resources role is necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with employees effectively.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality is crucial.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools to streamline HR operations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on constructive conflict resolution.
