Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that they align with the business needs and organizational values. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR functions from recruitment to performance management and provide support to managers in implementing HR policies and procedures. This role involves complex problem resolution and working with different stakeholders to drive HR initiatives. The HR Executive will play a critical role in managing our employee relations and enhancing job satisfaction throughout the workforce, thus contributing to a productive and engaged work environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands and grievances.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development of talent.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring top talent acquisition.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program to attract and retain talent.
  • Assess training needs to apply, monitor, and evaluate training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management at all levels.
  • Support organizational planning by assessing and anticipating HR requirements.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze exit data for trends and insights.
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars for employee development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven working experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role.
  • People-oriented and results-driven with solid understanding of HR processes.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics and analytics.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills required.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, databases, and employment legislation.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership and decision-making skills.
