Job Description

An HR Executive is a key position within the Human Resources department, responsible for a broad range of HR tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions within an organization. This role involves working closely with the HR Manager to implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's business strategies. An HR Executive also plays a critical role in policy formulation, talent acquisition, training and development, and employee relations. The position requires a person with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills who can handle sensitive information with confidentiality. An HR Executive must be proactive in addressing the workforce's needs and adept at fostering a positive and productive work environment.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.
  • Participate in talent acquisition and recruitment processes including interviewing candidates.
  • Manage employee records and ensure all HR databases are up to date and accurate.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs professionally.
  • Coordinate and execute training sessions and workshops for employees' development.
  • Support performance management processes to ensure assessments are completed timely.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and advise management on best practices.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback and analysis to improve retention.
  • Facilitate communication within the organization for effective information flow.
  • Monitor and report on workforce and HR metrics to guide decision-making.
  • Foster a positive working environment and address employee grievances promptly.
  • Assist in budget preparation for HR functions and track expenditures accurately.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a similar human resources role.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures and practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite is required for daily tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
