Job Description

The HR Executive plays a crucial role in an organization's human resources department, acting as a bridge between employees and management. This position requires an individual who is professional, articulate, and approachable. The HR Executive is responsible for ensuring that the company attracts, retains, and develops the best talent available while also maintaining compliance with legal standards and fostering a positive work environment. They support the HR manager in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and employee relations. Additionally, the HR Executive is instrumental in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, and filtering candidates’ resumes.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for roles.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process by preparing welcome materials and conducting orientations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection guidelines.
  • Support payroll processing by gathering and verifying timesheet information for accuracy.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that comply with laws.
  • Facilitate employee engagement activities to boost morale and workplace culture.
  • Address employee queries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies promptly.
  • Participate in disciplinary and grievance procedures to ensure fair and just resolution.
  • Support training and development programs to enhance employees’ skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with management to assess staffing needs and enhance workforce planning.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and compliance with employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interactions.
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
