Job Description

As an HR Executive, you will be a key player in managing and enhancing our organization's HR practices, policies, and objectives. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure that our company attracts, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining a positive and engaging workplace culture. Your role will involve everything from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. A successful HR Executive will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a variety of HR functions. You will be expected to provide HR guidance and support to employees and managers, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Additionally, you will drive HR initiatives that align with our business goals and foster a supportive and productive working environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process for various positions.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions to ensure new employees integrate effectively.
  • Provide support and coaching to managers on HR-related issues.
  • Develop performance management processes and facilitate appraisals.
  • Maintain employee records ensuring accuracy and compliance with laws.
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Organize employee engagement and team-building activities regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the Finance department for payroll and benefits administration.
  • Analyze HR metrics and report on HR performance to senior management.
  • Participate in HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role in HR management.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff.
  • Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making abilities for effective HR operations.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
