Job Description

As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the employee experience across various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with department heads to ensure strategic alignment of HR practices with business goals.   • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across all HR processes.
  • Maintain and update HR documentation, including employee records and policies.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  • Analyze HR metrics and present actionable insights to senior management.
  • Implement employee recognition programs to boost morale and retention.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to align HR with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources management role.
  • Proficiency with HR software and tools, including applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Professional HR certifications, such as PHR or SHRM-CP, are preferred.
