We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The HR Business Partner will collaborate with senior leadership and different departments to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's goals. Responsibilities include providing HR guidance on employee relations, talent management, performance management, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive change within the organization. This role requires a strategic mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 5 years of HR experience and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that are aligned with overall business goals.
- Provide guidance and coaching to management on various HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
- Analyze workforce data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address HR challenges.
- Partner with recruitment team to ensure effective sourcing and selection of high-quality talent to meet business needs.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive work culture within the organization.
- Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years as a Business Partner.
- Strong understanding of HR functions such as talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in HR such as SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
