HR Assistant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated HR Assistant (UAE National) to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are looking to build a strong foundation in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks
• Assist in recruitment coordination and onboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support attendance, leave management, and HR reporting
• Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities
• Assist in preparing HR documents and presentations
• Handle basic employee queries and support HR communication
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR information
  
  

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
