Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases
  • Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance, leave, and employee data
  • Handle HR documentation such as offer letters, employment contracts, and confirmation letters
  • Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager as needed



Requirements & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role is a plus 
  • Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); HR software knowledge is an advantage
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • OWN VISA IS MANDATORY
  • Location : Abu Dhabi
