Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and motivated HR Assistant to join our human resources team and contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations. The HR Assistant will serve as a key support figure for the HR department, providing essential assistance in various HR-related tasks. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR processes, maintaining employee records, and providing clerical support to HR managers and executives. Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes by coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and labor statistics.
  • Provide clerical support to HR manager and assist in policy formulation.
  • Prepare and update job descriptions as needed to support HR operations.
  • Facilitating employee onboarding and offboarding processes and necessary paperwork.
  • Managing leave requests and maintaining records of employee absences.
  • Assist in the organization and implementation of employee engagement activities.
  • Provide assistance with the coordination of training sessions and seminars.
  • Handle HR correspondence and maintain filing systems for confidential documents.
  • Respond to staff inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures promptly.
  • Support HR audits by preparing necessary documentation and records.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for internal review and analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience working in an HR department or related administrative role.
  • Familiarity with HR software and recruitment systems is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications.
