Job Description

As an HR and Recruitment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by managing recruitment processes and overseeing the HR operations. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for the organization.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to determine current and future staffing needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Conduct thorough job analyses to create accurate job descriptions and performance benchmarks.
  • Manage the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to employees and managers.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development initiatives across all departments.
  • Use HR metrics and data analytics to drive decision-making and improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to enhance workplace equity and representation.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to the HR team to develop their professional skills.
  • Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a fair and effective manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in human resources and recruitment management roles.
  • Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance with employment legislation.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR and recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems for efficient processes.
