Job Description

The HR Administrator role is essential for the smooth running of the human resources department. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about employee engagement and has an eye for detail. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that HR policies and procedures are well implemented and that all employee records are maintained accurately. You will serve as a point of contact for employees, assisting with queries and providing HR-related solutions. The role demands excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. The successful candidate will work behind the scenes to help cultivate a positive workplace culture and support employee satisfaction and development.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
  • Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and facilitating onboarding activities.
  • Administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and regulations.
  • Assist HR managers in implementing various HR initiatives and programs successfully.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions and staff development initiatives as required.
  • Manage the HR communication channels and circulate important announcements reliably.
  • Prepare and distribute HR reports, providing insights into HR metrics and trends.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations within the HR context.
  • Support the performance review process by tracking goals and appraisal timelines.
  • Facilitate employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
  • Assist with payroll processing and related administrative tasks in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an HR role or similar administrative position is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and standard office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle HR matters with discretion.
