We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Administration Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This key role will support the delivery of a comprehensive range of human resources and administrative functions, ensuring efficient HR operations in full compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and practical knowledge of HR administration, payroll coordination, and employee facilities management, including accommodation, transportation, and company vehicles.
Key Responsibilities – HR Administration, Payroll & Employee Support
Perform day-to-day HR administration activities, including onboarding and offboarding employees, preparing employment contracts, amendments, and maintaining accurate employee records in line with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE requirements.
Maintain and update employee files (digital and physical), HR databases, and personnel records, ensuring accuracy for audits, payroll, and government inspections.
Support payroll administration by coordinating attendance, leave records, overtime, allowances, deductions, and end-of-service benefits (EOSB).
Administer employee benefits, including leave management, air ticket entitlements, medical insurance, gratuity calculations, and other statutory or company-provided benefits.
Handle HR documentation such as contracts, warnings, renewals, and employee letters as required.
Act as a first point of contact for employee HR queries related to contracts, payroll, leave, benefits, accommodation, and transportation.
Accommodation Administration
Coordinate and manage employee accommodation arrangements, including room allocation, records, occupancy tracking, and coordination with camp/accommodation providers.
Monitor accommodation and transportation costs and prepare basic reports for management review.
Compliance, Records & Reporting
Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are implemented in compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and company internal policies.
Support visa-related documentation and coordination (employment contracts, renewals, and employee records) in collaboration with PRO or Government Relations teams.
Prepare HR reports related to headcount, attendance, leave, payroll summaries, and accommodation/transport usage as required by management.
