Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient HR & Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of HR and administrative functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee records, payroll processing, recruitment, and maintaining a positive workplace culture. As an HR & Admin Executive, you will also assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with our business goals. Responsibilities

  • Manage employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Coordinate and assist in the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Process payroll accurately, addressing any queries or discrepancies promptly.
  • Develop and implement effective human resource policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a positive company culture by organizing employee engagement activities.
  • Administer employee benefit plans, ensuring all enrollments and changes are timely.
  • Support managers in conducting performance reviews and tracking staff development.
  • Handle communication with external vendors and service providers professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and other regulatory requirements.
  • Organize and maintain an efficient filing system for HR and administrative documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports by collecting and analyzing HR data.
  • Provide general administrative support such as scheduling meetings and preparing documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR executive or similar HR/administrative role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation is essential.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, HRIS, and payroll management systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • High level of integrity and the ability to manage confidential information.
