Job Description

The HR Admin (28N25) position is a critical role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of HR administrative functions. This role demands a meticulous and organized individual who can handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and professionalism. The HR Admin is tasked with maintaining employee records, coordinating HR projects, and assisting in recruitment processes while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As a key support figure in the HR department, the HR Admin will interact with all levels of employees, providing essential administrative support and ensuring the smooth functioning of the HR operations.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records to ensure data accuracy and security.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires providing all necessary documentation.
  • Monitor HR policies and ensure they comply with employment laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and manage HR reports, memos, and correspondence as required.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and respond to requests promptly.
  • Support HR department in implementing HR projects and initiatives.
  • Organize and maintain the HR filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Manage the administration of employee benefits and assist with benefits enrollments.
  • Coordinate staff training sessions and maintain training records.
  • Facilitate communication between HR and other departments to support organizational goals.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR administrative role or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, including relevant labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems for data handling.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective team interaction.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all times.
