Job Description

The HR Admin plays a crucial role in the human resources department by supporting various HR functions and ensuring smooth operations across the organization. This position acts as a liaison between HR management and employees, facilitating communication and helping to resolve work-related issues. Additionally, the HR Admin is responsible for maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, assisting with onboarding processes, and enforcing company policies. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly. Proficiency in HR software and tools is essential, along with a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist with the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials and schedules.
  • Support payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate compensation delivery.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related issues.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and process related paperwork.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies at all times.
  • Organize and facilitate HR training sessions and development programs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with utmost discretion.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee exit processes and conduct exit interviews as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in an HR administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices in human resources.
