Job Description

The HR Admin plays a crucial role in the efficient functioning of the Human Resources department. As a key team member, the HR Admin is responsible for managing HR documents, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with new hire information.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by supporting the scheduling of interviews.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration into the company.
  • Prepare and process payroll documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR activities.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Support performance management processes by helping to organize evaluations.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement and team-building activities.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars to promote employee development.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to enhance HR service delivery and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in an HR administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations is essential.
  • Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a high level of discretion are needed.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and sensitivity.
