As a Housing Associate, you will be supporting to effectively manage the colleague accommodation to ensure compliance with company standards and policies. Also, you coordinate housing allocations, inspections, and maintenance to provide safe and well-maintained living conditions for colleagues. And you act as a key point of contact between colleagues and accommodation service providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage staff accommodation allocations, room assignments, and occupancy records.
• Conduct regular housing inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with relevant departments or external vendors.
• Address employee housing concerns and work with the manager to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records related to staff accommodation.
  
  

About You

• Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees from diverse backgrounds.
• Basic knowledge of health, safety, and accommodation compliance requirements.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple housing-related tasks.
• High school certificate or diploma; additional qualifications in administration or HR are an advantage.
• Previous experience in staff accommodation, facilities, or HR support roles is preferred.
