Responsibilities

  • Handle scheduling, training, and development of housekeeping team members.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the property at all times.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and guest amenities.
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Implement quality control measures to enhance guest satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet guest service standards effectively.
  • Prepare and update housekeeping reports and department records regularly.
  • Assist in developing and implementing departmental procedures and guidelines.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall operational improvements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field required.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Proficiency in using housekeeping management software and tools.
  • Ability to handle physical work and stand for extended periods.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
