Housekeeping Attendant

Job Description

Salayel Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards across guest rooms and public areas. The ideal candidate will contribute to delivering a comfortable, safe, and welcoming environment for guests in line with brand and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas as per daily schedules
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation at all times
• Report maintenance issues, lost & found items, and guest requests promptly
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures, including chemical handling
• Use housekeeping equipment and materials efficiently and safely
• Adhere to company SOPs, quality standards, and sustainability practices
• Support team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations
  
  

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Attendant in hotels or hospitality (preferred)
• Knowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals, and equipment
• Physically fit and able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Good attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic English communication skills
• Positive attitude, reliability, and team-oriented mindset
