Our successful Security Manager …

• Manages the overall safety and security ensuring security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans for the hotel operations are enforced
• effectively manage all aspects of the company’s security operations to ensure a safe environment for all guests, staff, their belongings and company assets
• Liaise and build strong relationships with local Law Enforcement Agencies in Abu Dhabi, such as the Abu Dhabi Police and Civil Defense.
• Ensure all practices adhere to the Health and Safety Act and local Abu Dhabi regulations.
• Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and manage key control (master keys) and access points throughout the property.
• Recruit, train, and supervise the security team, ensuring proper patrolling and coverage.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, thefts, property damage, or suspicious activity, filing detailed reports.
• Conduct regular safety inspections to identify risks to the business
• build a competent and motivated team of security officers through confident and caring leadership.
  
  

• Must have 5 years experience as a Security Manager with strong managerial skills in corporate security, law enforcement, or military, preferably within hospitality.
• High school diploma, or degree in criminal justice or related field.
• CPR, First Aid, AED, and specialized security training.
• Proficiency in computer systems and surveillance technology, strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills
• Must speak Arabic and English
• Must have Abu Dhabi experience
