Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi, offers 213 luxurious guestrooms and suites, six private pool villas, and 161 fully furnished serviced apartments featuring a one-kilometre private beach which blends modern Arabic design with exceptional comfort.

As a Horizon Club Officer, you will deliver personalized luxury service by managing both guest reception and F&B service within the Club Lounge. Also, you will ensure seamless guest experiences through efficient check-in support, concierge-style assistance, and attentive lounge hospitality. And you will uphold the highest service standards by combining front office professionalism with refined F&B service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome Horizon Club guests, assist with lounge check-in/check-out processes, and manage guest requests professionally.
  • Provide high-quality food and beverage service during breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails.
  • Maintain lounge presentation, cleanliness, and luxury ambiance in line with brand standards.
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Handle billing, reservations, and administrative tasks accurately while ensuring guest satisfaction.

About You

  • Good knowledge of both front office procedures and food & beverage service standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with VIP and executive guests.
  • High attention to detail, presentation, and service consistency.
  • Reliable, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional luxury experiences.
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or F&B service within a luxury hotel is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in hotel systems and strong English communication skills are required; additional languages are a plus.
