ORGANIZATIONAL DESCRIPTION

OliOli® was our first pioneering project - a children’s museum that redefined play and learning by creating immersive galleries for open-ended exploration.

Building on this foundation, we are now bringing Hoppi®—a new play destination for families—coming soon to a new mall in Abu Dhabi.

Hoppi® is designed especially for children aged 2–8, combining active physical play experiences with engaging, hands-on exhibit zones. It is a space where children can play, imagine, and explore, while parents enjoy a safe, enriching, and welcoming environment.

Hoppi® aims to be a beloved family destination in Abu Dhabi, adding joy, creativity, and playfulness to the lives of families.


POSITION OVERVIEW

The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting and enhancing Hoppi®’s people operations. This role is responsible for coordinating core HR processes, ensuring seamless employee experiences, maintaining accurate records, leading recruitment and onboarding cycles, and driving HR initiatives that strengthen Hoppi®’s culture.


KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



Human Resources Coordination

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including preparing job descriptions, posting roles, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting managers throughout the selection process.
  • Support a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience, ensuring all documentation, system setup, orientation sessions, and exit processes are completed accurately.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with UAE labor regulations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries and provide timely support to employees and managers in line with HR policies.
  • Support employee relations by assisting with the handling of employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters, ensuring issues are managed professionally, confidentially, and in line with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
  • Assist managers with documentation and coordination related to performance improvement plans, warnings, and employee conduct matters as required.
  • Coordinate with external PRO to ensure all visa, EID, and regulatory documentation is completed and tracked efficiently.
  • Oversee additions, deletions, and inquiries related to medical insurance policies and employee claims.
  • Prepare HR letters, certificates, and memos as required.


Payroll & Timekeeping

  • Collect, verify, and compile employee attendance and timesheets to support accurate payroll processing.
  • Assist in monthly payroll coordination, including salary calculations, updates, adjustments, and documentation.


HR Projects & Process Improvement

  • Assist in coordinating performance management processes, including probation reviews, goal-setting cycles, performance appraisals, and related documentation, ensuring timelines are met and records are accurately maintained.
  • Track performance review and probation timelines, send reminders to managers, and maintain performance-related records within the HRMS
  • Coordinate with the head office in Dubai to refine HR processes, policies, and forms to improve efficiency and employee experience.
  • Contribute to data reporting, dashboards, and HR analytics on an ad-hoc basis.


Administration & Cross-Functional Support

  • Support the renewal of company contracts, licenses, certificates, and insurance policies where related to HR processes.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts team to ensure smooth cross-departmental workflows.
  • Maintain organized HR documentation both physically and electronically for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
  • Organize internal events, staff programs, and company-wide initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties and participate in projects that contribute to the achievement of Hoppi®’s objectives.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Prior experience in an HR coordinator or generalist role in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of MOHRE, visa processes, and UAE labor regulations.
  • Experience working with HRMS/HRIS platforms (Zoho People experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
