Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Classroom Teacher to join our team from January 2027. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality education, fostering a positive learning environment and supporting students’ academic and personal growth in line with the National Curriculum for England (or a relevant curriculum framework).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across core subjects

• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment

• Support students’ academic, social and emotional development

• Use formative and summative assessments to monitor progress and inform teaching

• Maintain accurate records of student achievement and progress

• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to curriculum planning

• Build positive relationships with parents and provide regular updates on student progress

• Take part in school activities, events and professional development

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.), or a relevant degree with PGCE and QTS

• At least 2 years’ experience teaching in a primary school (UK curriculum experience preferred)

• Strong subject knowledge and understanding of primary education practice

• Ability to differentiate teaching to meet diverse learning needs

• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• ADEK teacher approval is an advantage
