In this role, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable vacation experiences for our clients by arranging all aspects of their travel, from flights and accommodations to tours and sightseeing activities. Your expert advice and planning skills will help clients navigate the intricacies of holiday bookings, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. As part of a dynamic team, you will work closely with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget, crafting personalized vacation packages that exceed their expectations. Your detailed knowledge of travel destinations and enthusiasm for the tourism industry will be instrumental in providing exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships with clients.


Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to determine their travel needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Research and recommend popular destinations, accommodations, and travel services to clients.
  • Develop and customize travel itineraries that align with client expectations and requirements.
  • Coordinate and book flights, accommodations, rental cars, and guided tours for clients.
  • Provide expert advice on travel insurance, visa requirements, and other necessary travel documents.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, seasonal attractions, and special tourism events.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or changes related to their travel plans.
  • Negotiate and collaborate with travel suppliers and vendors for the best client deals.
  • Ensure all travel bookings comply with industry standards and company policy guidelines.
  • Follow up with clients after their trips for feedback and request client testimonials.
  • Stay organized and maintain accurate records of client transactions and preferences.
  • Work with marketing teams to promote new travel packages and services to potential clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience as a travel consultant or in a related travel agency role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for itinerary planning.
  • Proficiency in using travel booking systems and related software applications.
  • Customer service-oriented with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
  • A passion for travel and a deep understanding of popular global destinations.
