Heavy Bus Driver with light vehicle licence

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Heavy Bus Driver with a light vehicle license to join our dynamic team. 

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a heavy bus to transport passengers on scheduled routes.
• Perform light vehicle driving duties whenever required by the company.
• Ensure regular maintenance and cleanliness of the bus before and after shifts.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company regulations while driving.
• Assist passengers in boarding and alighting the bus when necessary.
• Conduct routine checks of the vehicle's equipment, such as brakes and lights.
• Report any mechanical issues or incidents to the transportation supervisor promptly.
• Follow planned routes and schedules with punctuality and reliability.
• Maintain accurate logs and shift details.
• Ensure the highest standards of safety and courtesy for all passengers.
• Interact professionally with staffs.
• Implement emergency procedures in case of an accident or breakdown.

Requirements

• Valid heavy bus driving license and light vehicle driving license are mandatory.
• Minimum of two years of experience driving heavy buses on public roads.
• Proficient understanding of traffic rules, regulations, and safe driving practices.
• Ability to pass all required medical and background checks for drivers.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staffs.
• Capability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
• Proven record of excellent attendance, punctuality, and a clean driving history.
