Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare roles and the qualifications required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates.
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously and efficiently.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to mediate candidate and employer expectations.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and compliance in the healthcare sector.
