Responsibilities

  • Source candidates using a variety of methods including online portals and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and applications to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for roles.
  • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit within the organization.
  • Create job descriptions and compelling advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
  • Manage and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate candidate records.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow-up on feedback promptly.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future staffing needs.
  • Foster relationships with educational institutions and professional organizations for recruitment opportunities.
  • Track recruitment metrics to assess efficiency and make improvements where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare roles and industry-specific recruitment needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse candidates.
  • Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in work.
