The Health Care Quality Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring that health care services meet established quality standards. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Nursing, or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in health care quality assurance or improvement.
• Strong knowledge of health care laws, regulations, and industry benchmarks.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Effective communication skills to work with diverse health care teams.
• Proficiency with quality management software and data analysis tools.
• Certification in health care quality (e.g., CPHQ) is highly desirable.
