Proven leadership skills to manage teams, vendors, and large-scale projects.

8+ years of experience with a strong technical and strategic mindset preferred.

Job Description

The Head of Technologies (HOD) will lead and manage the organizations overall technology strategy, including IT infrastructure, security systems, and software development. The role ensures smooth operations, innovation, cybersecurity, and alignment of technology with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the companys technology strategy and roadmap
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and cloud systems
• Manage and monitor security systems (CCTV, access control, surveillance, cybersecurity)
• Lead software development, ERP/SAP systems, and digital transformation initiatives
• Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery plans are in place
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and performance
• Manage vendors, technology partners, and service providers
• Prepare and control technology budgets and cost optimization
• Lead, mentor, and develop the technology team
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, policies, and regulations

• Bachelors or Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 8–12+ years of experience in IT/Technology roles
• Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership position
