mission to drive food security and operational excellence. Theyre now seeking a strategic and highly experienced Head of Supply

Chain to take the reins of their entire supply chain ecosystem. A role thats all about optimizing every link within the supply chain ensuring

superior efficiency, unwavering quality, and robust safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

This pivotal role demands expertise in procurement, leading strategic sourcing of specialized inputs and cultivation equipment,

and building robust global supplier networks.

Youll master logistics and warehousing, optimizing cold chain management for fresh produce distribution.

Proven experience in cultivation operations, understanding growth cycles and handling perishables, is essential.

Youll also champion quality and health & safety, driving continuous improvement.

Implement and enforce stringent standards across our entire supply chain including initial inputs and delicate post-harvest

handling to final customer delivery.

Collaborate closely with cultivation and food safety teams, ensuring all produce consistently exceeds national and international

regulations and customer specifications.

Establish supply chain clear Quality KPIs and conduct rigorous audits to drive continuous improvement and guarantee product consistency.

Instill a solid Health & Safety culture, ensuring compliance and best practices across all supply chain activities, from site machinery to transport.

Drive sustainable sourcing and logistics, focusing fiercely on reducing environmental impact, upholding ethical labor, and optimizing

resource stewardship.

Integrate sustainability metrics to innovate and shrink our carbon footprint.

Build, empower, and inspire a world-class supply chain team, fostering a culture of high performance, clear accountability,

continuous learning, and seamless cross-functional teamwork.

Provide strategic direction, set objectives, and conduct performance reviews developing the teams capabilities.

Who Were Searching For (Your Profile):

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.

A true hands-on leader with minimum of 5 years of progressive supply chain experience, specifically in a senior leadership

capacity within the FMCG production sector.

Solid grasp of international logistics, customs procedures, and the critical importance of cold chain management for fresh produce.

Experience in implementing and optimizing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced supply chain planning software.

Exceptional analytical horsepower, with a knack for data-driven problem-solving and strategic decision-making.

A proactive natural leader with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and

engaging stakeholders at every level.
