Job Description
The Head of Product plays a strategic role in developing and managing the product portfolio of the company. This includes defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as leading a team of product managers. The Head of Product is responsible for driving innovation, understanding customer needs, and ensuring the successful launch of new products.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
- Develop a product roadmap that aligns with the company's goals and vision.
- Lead a team of product managers and provide guidance and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launch and adoption.
- Gather and analyze data to measure the success of products.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors' offerings.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance the product development process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
